Operating Room RN Level II Trauma Center Topeka, Kansas Are you a skilled Registered Nurse ready to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced trauma center? What You Will Bring:
Valid Kansas RN license BLS and ACLS certifications Strong circulator skills with experience managing a wide range of surgical cases, including routine, urgent, and trauma procedures Ability to provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure situations Nice to Have:
Previous trauma experience Experience working with Epic EMR system Prior travel nursing experience Preferred

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of surgical or circulating nursing experience Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred

Additional Requirements:

Weekend schedule working Sunday, Friday, and Saturday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Call duties: 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm on days off during the work week; 3:00 pm to 7:00 am on days off during the week Ability to start promptly and adapt quickly to team needs Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $62.31 Overtime begins at 48 hours per week Shift Length: 12 hours, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. We offer competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program.
