Join to apply for the Registered Nurse role at Saratoga Solutions.
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and an ADON to join our team at VAMC in Topeka, Kansas in a full-time capacity.
Minimum Qualifications:- Current state license to practice as an RN
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- At least two years of experience as an RN and one year of supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in administrative leadership, recruitment/retention, and compliance with hospital policies
- Supervision of unit leaders and RNs regarding policies, procedures, and patient care
- Providing disciplinary support and administrative leadership
