Operates basic food processing machines that produce intermediate food products.

• Operates basic machines to combine raw and processed ingredients into intermediate food products.
• Observes machine operation to ensure quality and conformity to company guidelines.
• Cleans and sanitizes machines according to company guidelines.
• Ensures product date, weight, and temperatures are within established guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines, HACCP requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality due to the working environment.

• Experience operating machinery is preferred.
• Food industry experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English and be understood.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

• Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
• Environment may be wet or dry; temperatures range from 25°F to 110°F.
• Repetitive lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Requires walking and standing for long periods of time.
• Production demands may require overtime, evening or weekend scheduling.
