• Execute the Ardent Risk Management Program across the facility/facilities.
• Develop and support facility‑level risk management activities and programs.
• Manage risk management needs across the facility, including policy implementation, risk identification and mitigation, education, and event investigations.
• Support patient safety and quality activities as needed.

• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare risk management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows applications, and other systems.
• Strong analytical skills: define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and manage multiple variables.
• Excellent presentation skills to address audiences larger than 20 people, including senior leadership.
• Capability to work in a fast‑paced environment with rapidly changing priorities, using strong organizational and follow‑through skills.
• BS/BA in a related field or relevant experience; BSN is strongly preferred.
