We are seeking a Shift Manager to oversee operations during specific shifts at our location in Topeka. The Shift Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
- Coordinate and supervise staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer issues or complaints
- Manage inventory and place orders as needed
