Training Coordinator
, you will play a key role in facilitating effective onboarding, training, and employee development. You'll collaborate with leadership to identify learning needs, coordinate and schedule both formal and informal training sessions, and track the completion of assigned programs. You'll also observe employee performance against established training objectives and provide feedback or recommend additional skill development opportunities to support continuous growth and success.
You Will Do in This Role:
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs for new hires and deliver effective learning solutions to meet those needs.
- Create and maintain individualized learning plans for both new and existing employees.
- Ensure an exceptional learning experience by providing guidance, support, and customer service throughout each employee's development journey.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related questions or concerns, offering assistance to employees in understanding job responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate training records, files, and documentation within Foley's Learning Management System and other tracking tools.
- Generate and analyze training reports, partnering with functional leaders to drive accountability and ensure timely completion of assigned curricula.
- Coordinate employee training and certification programs, ensuring appropriate follow-up to address questions and verify continued proficiency.
- Assist in developing training materials, including general instructions, checklists, visual aids, and other media as needed.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Effective communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills; able to engage both individuals and groups.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use company software.
- Experienced in developing, reviewing, and proofreading training materials.
- Highly organized and adaptable; capable of managing multiple priorities independently or collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Thorough understanding of the heavy equipment industry.
- Associate degree
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
