A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the Community, grounds and equipment in accordance with current federal, state and local guidelines and regulations, community policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the department director or supervisor. The employee values the Community as the residents’ home and works to create attributes of home and models person‑centered care.

• High School diploma or equivalent desired.
• Experience in plant maintenance, electrical, plumbing systems, HVAC and equipment repair.
