You’ll travel between our properties to make sure homes are safe, clean, and ready for our residents. Every day is different, and you’ll be part of a team that values hard work, respect, and real-world skills.
What You’ll Do- Travel to different properties to handle maintenance and repairs.
- Tackle jobs like fixing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, flooring, landscaping, and more.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to keep everything running smoothly.
- Help prep units for new residents and handle regular upkeep for existing ones.
- Stay on-call occasionally (about one week every 8 weeks).
- Keep maintenance logs and support snow removal during the winter months.
