At Brown Button Estate Sales, our online estate sale projects depend on more than photography and cataloging, they depend on a strong, reliable Support Team. This team is the physical backbone of our operation, making sure furniture is moved safely, houses stay functional during the process, and clients and customers are supported every step of the way.

We’re hiring Support Team members to handle furniture movement, logistics, deliveries, and house clear-outs. This is a physically demanding, hands‑on role for people who take pride in hard work, teamwork, and getting things done the right way.

• Drive company vans and trucks for:
  • Client consignment pick-ups
  • Supply drop-offs and pickups
  • Trash drop-off & donation deliveries
• Tow and back trailers as part of furniture and logistics operations
  • Prior experience backing trailers is a plus
  • Willingness to be trained is required

• Move the majority of furniture and large items as necessary
• Safely reposition furniture to support photography and cataloging needs
• Protect client homes, walls, floors, and belongings while moving items
• Work efficiently while maintaining safety standards

• Assist during customer pick-up days by:
  • Bringing bagged lots and furniture to customers’ vehicles
  • Loading items carefully and efficiently
  • Providing friendly, respectful customer service
• Coordinate with Team Leads to keep pick-up flowing smoothly and on schedule

• Assist with clearing remaining items from the home after the sale
• Sort and remove trash responsibly
• Load, transport, and deliver donation items when necessary
• Help leave homes clean, empty, and ready for the next step

• Support Team Members do not report to project Team Leads
• You’ll work as part of a dedicated Support Team with its own Support Team Manager
• Your role supports all online estate sale projects across the region
• Clear communication and coordination with Team Leads is essential

• Physically strong, dependable, and safety-minded
• Comfortable with repetitive lifting and movement
• Confident driving larger vehicles or willing to learn
• Team-oriented and respectful in client homes
• Calm, friendly, and professional when interacting with customers
• Someone who takes pride in doing hard work well

• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to be on your feet and moving for most of the day
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfort driving vans, trucks, and towing trailers (or willingness to train)
• Willingness to work in varied home environments and weather conditions

• Support Team I:
  Entry level furniture moving. Includes part time and part time flex team members. $15 to $18/hr plus benefits
• Support Team II:
  Experienced furniture moving, includes driving company vans & trailers. $18 to $22/hr plus benefits
