Job OverviewThe Maintenance Director is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the physical plant. They keep the physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include conducting preventive and restorative maintenance duties, negotiating and contracting with outside vendors, and following established Federal, State, County and City codes and regulations.

Qualifications- 2+ years’ experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations.
- One year of experience supervising others, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, and resolving conflicts.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Ability to operate Windows 10 computer and read, write, and speak English.
- Ideal candidate will have performed the job duties of Maintenance Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility and have experience using an electronic work order system.
