Wholesale Annuity/Life Insurance Sales Associate / Director – Insurance Agency Marketing Services, Inc. (IAMS). Topeka, Kansas. Immediate opening. Pay range: $40, per year. Onsite, full-time, Monday‑Friday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM.

• Work with licensed agents/producers across the country to determine appropriate product and/or financial strategy recommendations for their clients.
• Utilize software platforms to provide illustrations and product recommendations.
• Educate agents/producers on the products and marketing programs IAMS offers.
• Recruit licensed life insurance agents/producers to promote IAMS end‑to‑end service and support and promote carriers and their offerings to help the agents grow their business.
• Provide administration, back‑office support, marketing and case design.
• Serve as a dedicated resource for our insurance agents/producers to help them grow their business.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma/GED
• Experience with annuity insurance; as an agent/producer or working with agents/producers, experience with an IMO highly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of various insurance products and policies preferred.
• 3 years of solid sales, client service or customer acquisition experience preferred.
• Professional, highly motivated, driven and outgoing.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Detail oriented with accuracy.
• Not afraid of making phone calls.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
