CRM Integration Developer

• Own workflows and automations: Design, build, and maintain automated integrations with tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Deliver seamless CRM connections: Develop and manage CRM integrations connecting platforms such as Salesforce, Wealthbox, Hub Spot, or similar.
• Connect our data: Configure and support APIs, webhooks, and data flows, ensuring accuracy and security across all systems.
• Test and troubleshoot: Run thorough testing in sandbox environments prior to deployment, monitor integration health, and proactively resolve issues to maximize uptime.
• Document and share: Clearly document workflows, logic, and processes to support knowledge‑sharing and long‑term scalability.
• Collaborate for solutions: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Technology to understand needs and deliver integrations that align with business goals.
• Build for the future: Identify opportunities for automation and recommend improvements.
• Stay curious: Regularly explore updates, best practices, and new tools in the CRM and integration landscape.

• Experience: 2–4+ years supporting automation, CRM integration, or related technical projects.
• Technical skills: Direct experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms. Hands‑on with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Wealthbox, or Hub Spot.
• API know-how: Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication protocols.
• Problem‑solver: Demonstrated ability to map data, design workflow logic, and troubleshoot integration issues quickly.
• Project management: Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, results‑focused environment.
• Organized & clear‑thinking: High attention to detail and strong communication skills, with the confidence to explain technical topics to a variety of audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with marketing automation or in the financial services industry.
  
  Familiarity with SQL, scripting, or low/no‑code platforms.
• Understanding of compliance in CRM data management.
• Experience with system monitoring and alerting.
