Base pay range

Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, Lambda, Amplify, Cloud Watch, CLI, API Integrations and other core services using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability across all environments
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform in Git Lab CI/CD pipelines
- Automate routine tasks and implement monitoring solutions using Cloud Watch, AWS Systems Manager, and third-party tools
- Administer and configure the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Service Management, Confluence) including user management, custom workflows, permission schemes, and integrations while providing training and support to enable teams' collaboration, project management, and service operations across the organization
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Sys Ops Administrator, or Dev Ops Engineer) preferred
- 3+ years of experience with AWS service and cloud architecture, or 5+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with supporting AWS environments in production
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, security principles, and Linux/Unix systems
- Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Git Lab
- Proficiency in Python (must have)
- Experience with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Event Bridge) would be a plus
- Experience with multi-account AWS environments and AWS Organizations
- Previous experience in an Agile development environment
- Hands‑on experience with Atlassian tool suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) including configuration, administration, API Integrations, and customization
- Experience with incident management and on‑call escalation support
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
