Certified Nurse Aide; CNA​/Certified Medication Aide; CMA

Overview

Graceful Home Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs), and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to provide in-home and facility-based support services in the Lawrence and Topeka, Kansas area. Employees provide non-medical and supportive care services to individuals with disabilities and seniors in accordance with individualized care plans. This position focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities, companionship, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments as needed
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition to supervisors
• Maintaining basic documentation related to client care

• Compassionate and dependable, with ability to work in home and facility settings
• Experience with daily living activities assistance, meal preparation, and basic documentation preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid certification as HHA/CNA/CMA as applicable
• Ability to work full-time or part-time with flexible shifts based on client needs
