Overview
We advocate for vulnerable populations and are a leading behavioral health management provider in the U.S. We are hiring masters-level therapists with a Kansas license (or license-eligible) for a social worker or counselor role at a hospital in Satanta, KS. Offering a competitive compensation package, we have full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with benefits. The Intensive Outpatient program has achieved high treatment outcomes in rural Kansas.
Responsibilities- Facilitating daily group therapy and maintaining charts
- Completing psychosocial assessments
- Assisting with treatment and discharge planning
- Conducting utilization reviews
This small, cohesive program offers a supportive environment and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in senior behavioral healthcare.
Qualifications- Master s level social work or counselor license (or eligible in Kansas)
- Experience with geriatric populations
- Experience in individual and group therapy
