• Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and assignments to maintain adequate coverage and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and basic healthcare regulations.
• Support budget tracking by monitoring expenses and reporting variances to leadership.
• Facilitate communication between staff, providers, and patients to resolve routine issues.
• Assist with onboarding and training of clinic staff to maintain service standards.
• Provide guidance and support to staff, including performance feedback and coaching.
• Act as the primary liaison between administration, physicians, and external organizations or vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or a relevant combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of one year of management experience supervising team members in a healthcare setting.

• Knowledge of billing and collection processes and systems.
