• Develop comprehensive resource guides for behavioral health services
• Review and update information on relevant platforms for accuracy and relevance.
• Respond promptly to constituent inquiries, providing referrals to appropriate services.
• Implement a tracking system to document and evaluate constituent services provided.

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in customer service or public contact roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information effectively.
