Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in healthcare technology and business processes to support our federal clients while focusing on streamlining cloud-based population health deployments. You will consult on population health workflows, local site education, drive solution provisioning and have regular client interactions. You will focus on creating standardization across the federal program and have ample opportunities for applying process improvements where necessary.
We are looking for an experienced Consultant to help design, configure, activate, and support the implementation of Oracle Health Population Health solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service.

BasicQualifications
- At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education.
- At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client‑facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience.
- 4+ years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles, including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Population Health and/or Oracle Health product(s). Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self‑starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
- U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position.
- Willing to travel up to 50% as needed.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
Certain US customer or client‑facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
