Responsibilities
The essential function of this position is to provide individual, couples and group psychotherapy to an adult population. It is expected that the hired clinician will also be expected to provide therapy to some youth. Clinicians additionally provide assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, consultation, and referral, education, and advocacy duties.
RequirementsThis position requires a Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, professional counselor, or psychiatric nursing. The position requires: current Kansas licensure; qualification eligibility for Title XIX and other third party insurance reimbursements; prior experience providing psychotherapy; demonstrated theoretical and evidence-based clinical practice expertise; strong diagnostic, clinical, and documentation skills; basic computer and electronic record skills.
Clinicians must be able to provide clinical services using a solutions-focused, strengths perspective, managed care model of service. Preference for experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy treatment model.
$72,000 - $85,100
HoursMonday – Friday, 1st shift
