PACE Physical Therapist

  Part Time | 24/week (M-F 8am-5pm)
• Pay Rate: $40+/hour (based on qualifications and experience)

  Topeka, KS
• Program:
  Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

• Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, occupational therapists, and other team members.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate participants and caregivers on mobility, safety, and exercises.

• Graduate of an accredited entry-level Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current unrestricted Kansas State license to practice as a physical therapist.
• Valid Kansas Driver’s License and in-force automobile liability insurance.
• One year of professional experience, preferably with frail and elderly populations, home care or geriatric experience.
