Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive risk management framework to identify and mitigate various risks across the merchant lifecycle Design and implement risk controls and scoring methodologies to balance business growth with protection Lead merchant onboarding and monitoring processes, conducting KYC/KYB reviews and due diligence
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in risk management within payments, fintech, or banking environments Deep understanding of Payment Facilitator models and sub-merchant oversight Proven expertise in underwriting, transaction monitoring, and portfolio risk management Comprehensive knowledge of card network rules and chargeback monitoring Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
