Mortgage Loan Assistant – join the Landmark team and help ensure timely and accurate loan disclosure and vendor ordering for all mortgages originated by our loan officers. Work independently while contributing to a productive, successful team.
How You Will ConnectConsistently delivers the Landmark National Bank commitment to be champions and catalysts for our communities by ensuring timely disclosure and initial vendor ordering of all loans originated by mortgage loan officers. Works in an environment where individuals are trusted to work independently and as part of a productive, successful team.
Who You Are- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to handle deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and proprietary software
- Detail oriented with ability to multi‑task
- Experience in processing Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans is preferred
- Organize and verify the completeness of loan applications
- Disclose each loan in accordance with regulations and bank policy
- Input loan information into the system for disclosure
- Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policy
- Order third‑party vendors
- Review file documentation for disclosure
- Meet crucial deadlines
- Assist originators with application acceptance as needed
- Perform additional duties/activities as assigned by management
- Manage professional improvement through the Quarterly Job Progress Plan
- Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, huddles, and celebration events
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
