Client Relations Associate

Client Relations Associate-Topeka, KS (This is an on- site role, not a remote position)

We are searching for a Client Relations Associate to work on site in the company office in Topeka, KS. This is a new position due to rapid company growth. The incumbent in this role will help the sales team.

The Client Relations Associate serves as the primary liaison between the company and its customers. The purpose of the position is to ensure that every interaction reflects the brand standards of the company which include quality, care, and responsiveness. The position focuses on managing client inquires, maintaining accurate records, supporting sales and operations to strengthen customer satisfaction and retention and to resolve concerns.

The incumbent will follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction, resolve product or service issues, maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback and complaints using a CRM. The incumbent will collaborate with departments such as sales, quality, and operations. The incumbent will prepare quotes, update customer files and hep with order processing. The incumbent will stay up to date on company services, products, promotions, and policies.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or client relations. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient with MS Office Suite and CRM platforms, able to multitask and mange time efficiently and have a genuine desire to help clients and maintain a positive attitude.

Having experience in the vet or pet space is a plus.
