Job Title: Contract and Licensing Consultant

Location: Topeka, KS – onsite

Department: Annuity Operations

Reporting to: Contract and Licensing Development Manager

As a Contract and Licensing Consultant, you are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all our advisors when it comes to appointment requests and licensing. This fast-paced role requires you to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, advisors, and insurance carriers. In addition, you will also be responsible for phone calls, emails, and existing agent contracting management.

• Review and process all requests for appointments and licensing submitted by our advisors
• Create, update, and maintain all agent records
• Follow up on pending contracts and appointments with insurance carriers
• Answer phone calls and emails regarding agents’ questions in a timely manner

• Ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staff
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once

• Prior experience working in either the insurance services industry or financial services industry
