Overview

As part of the Annuity Operations team, the Contract and Licensing Support Representative provides outstanding customer service when processing and handling requests from agents, carriers, and internal staff. This role requires timely feedback with any pending contracting requirements to assist in the processing of contracts. What

You’ll Do
  • Follow up on pending contracts with a variety of insurance companies, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Assist your team members with any outstanding contracting requirements, contributing to a seamless operation
  • Provide agents with up-to-date contracting statuses, necessary codes, and training information to keep them in the loop
  • Perform monthly cleanups of our contracting system, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
Experience You’ll Bring
  • Previous customer service experience – you’ve got experience delivering top-notch customer service and know how to make clients feel valued
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staff
  • Problem-solving and decision‑making skills
  • Time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • You’re comfortable navigating multiple systems and are proficient with PCs

  • Prior experience working in the financial services industry
