Position Responsibilities- Data entry
- Filing documents
- Maintain databases
- Maintain mailing lists
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Stuff payroll checks and W‑2s
- Mail and ship items
- Organize tasks and materials
- Perform various other tasks as assigned that may not fall within the scope of this job description
- Understand the rules, regulations, and Code of Professional Conduct of the AICPA
- Understand the Company’s policies, procedures, and work rules
- Perform work in a professional manner and in accordance with firm policies and professional standards
- Cooperate with clients,ула stake holds, co‑workers, supervisors, and partners
- Be available to work required hours, including flexibility for weekend work during busy periods
- Organize schedule to meet assignment requirements and prioritize work assignments to meet objectives
- Remain standing for several hours at a time (approximately 4–5 hours per day)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year office experience or equivalent education
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
