Responsible for keying routine and non-routine transactions accurately and quickly. Performs data correction as needed.

• Acts in a precise manner repetitively
• Performs at a high level of data entry accuracy
• Contributes to the site wide accuracy rate of 99.99%
• Performs successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Adheres to all safety and security procedures.
• Adheres to overall site Risk Activities, such as daily document shredding and piggybacking
• Applies policy and procedures knowledge and processes child support payments within service level requirements.
• Required overtime at the end of shift may be necessary in order to meet deadlines
• Regular and timely attendance
• Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 1 year experience in reconciling accounts is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in payment processing center is preferred.
• Experience in child support is preferred.
