Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately reads and understands printed pack pull sheets  
• Accurately identifies common building materials  
• Locates and accurately pulls all material called out on the pack pull sheet  
• Properly packages completed pull packs  
• Pulls hardware accurately   
• Must pull a minimum of 1-2 houses per day plus all help desk tickets assigned to you by the end of shift  
• Checks the paperwork that all materials are accounted for, properly marked with lot or house number and staged for shipping  
• Present at workstation wearing personal protective equipment and ready to work at starting time  
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the role  
• Warehouse Cleanup  o    Cleans all work areas, ensuring all debris is properly disposed of and floor is swept  o    Keeps work area clean, organized and all material flat stacked  o    Ensures all trash is emptied at the finish of each shift  Qualifications and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Must be put in this position by the Pull Pack Supervisor  
• Basic understanding of building materials and be able to identify different species  
• Must be forklift certified and able to operate forklift safely in a warehouse or yard setting around other associates  
• Ability to operate banding equipment to secure material together   
• Basic understanding of paperwork and how to properly build a house pack  
• Ability to work in a team environment closely with other associates  
• Must complete all above Duties and Responsibilities proficiently, be tested and pass before moving to next level.  
• Knowledge of common building materials used in residential, multi-family and commercial construction  
• Knowledge of component manufacturing process used in residential, multi-family and commercial construction  
Attention to detail, takes pride in quality of work  
• Must be able to twist, turn, bend and lift with 50 lbs.  
• Efficient and able to complete assignments within a given deadline  
• Strong verbal communication skills  
• Communicates effectively with team members  
• Experience in production manufacturing preferred
