Alan-1 designs and builds real, commercial-quality arcade games enjoyed by players around the world. We’re currently catching up on a strong wave of orders and are looking for motivated, hands-on workers to help speed up production. No arcade experience required, just a good attitude and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cutting and preparing wood components
• Operating CNC machinery with on-the-job training
• Sanding and finishing parts
• Gluing and assembling components
• Wrapping and preparing arcade games for shipment
• Keeping your work area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual — attendance at shift kickoff meetings is required
• Willing to learn and improve how tasks are done
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• No prior CNC or manufacturing experience required —
  training provided

Work Environment

• Indoor production shop
• Standing and walking throughout the shift
• All required PPE provided (eye protection, gloves, etc.)

• Simple, hands-on work with clear instructions
• Learn real manufacturing skills (including CNC exposure)
• Opportunity to transition into long-term employment after 4 weeks for strong performers
• Be part of building something fun and tangible - arcade games
