Engineering The Opportunity We're looking for a multi-skilled Engineering Support Technician to join our site-based engineering team in Tonypandy. This is a practical, hands-on role supporting the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of electrical and mechanical equipment across a busy manufacturing environment. If you enjoy fault-finding, improving reliability, and working closely with production to keep things running smoothly, this role offers variety, responsibility, and long-term development.

What you'll be doing Maintenance & Breakdown Response Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults Using schematics, manuals and diagnostic tools to identify root causes Ensuring breakdowns are resolved quickly and safely to minimise downtime Recording all maintenance and repair activity accurately for analysis and compliance Continuous Improvement & Projects Supporting equipment upgrades, automation projects and cost-reduction initiatives Applying root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys
