About the Role

The school is seeking a Teaching Assistant to start after the October half term. The successful candidate will be flexible, proactive, and able to work independently. Foundation Phase classes are busy and dynamic, so the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential. You will be joining a school community that values a warm, supportive, and inclusive culture.

Key Requirements

Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification, or at least six months’ experience working with children in an educational setting
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Experience supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis, particularly those with additional learning needs
