Administrative Assistant needed in Tonypandy

This is a temporary contract initially paying £13.26ph PAYE

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day delivery of Print, Mail and Records Management services, ensuring smooth, efficient operations across the Business Support Unit.

They will operate a range of digital print, photocopying and related machinery while liaising professionally with internal clients to guarantee timely, high‑quality service delivery.

They will handle all administrative processes connected to the service with accuracy and attention to detail, and will be expected to take on additional duties that align with the role’s level or contribute to their development. They will also follow all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures, carrying out any associated responsibilities required within the workplace.
