Temporary with the option to go Permanent About the Role We're looking for a dedicated and adaptable Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our friendly maintenance team. You'll carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across a diverse property estate, from historic listed buildings to modern facilities like the Helix. Day-to-day work will focus mainly on domestic plumbing (around 90% of tasks), including TRVs, sinks, taps, showers, and toilets.

The workload stays steady throughout the year, with busier periods during key times such as exam season. You'll join a supportive team of 10 engineers and plumbers, with an ambitious plan to merge and strengthen the two disciplines into one collaborative unit. What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance (or equivalent) Full UK Driving Licence Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude Polite, reliable, and customer-focused approach Willingness to learn and adapt in a varied environment We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds including higher education, the armed forces, and the public sector - all of which share similar working cultures.
