Job Title
Air Conditioning Install Engineer £45/50k – OTE £6OK

About the RoleOur client, a leading specialist in HVAC, Fire, and Smoke Control systems, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. Known for delivering innovative and cost‑effective solutions, they specialise in integrating ‘smart’ technologies to enhance system efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward‑thinking company that values collaboration and client‑focused service.
Key Responsibilities- Install split, multi‑split, VRV/VRF, and air handling unit (AHU) systems
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems are operating at peak performance
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to provide customised solutions tailored to specific requirements
- Maintain detailed records of work‑related documentation
- Proven experience in a similar role as an Air Conditioning Engineer
- F‑Gas Qualification – Essential
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation systems; experience working on chillers beneficial but not essential
- A valid UK driving licence is essential
- Basic Salary:
Up to £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience - Bonus Scheme: £4,800 per annum
- Overtime:
Available – calculated on a 40‑hour week - Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Additional Compensation:
Standby payments and disturbance fee
Monday to Friday, 40 hours on‑site with an additional 10 hours allocated for travel time
