We are currently recruiting on behalf of a wonderful client residing in the charming town of Paddock Wood
. Our client is a 50‑year‑old female with Cerebral Palsy, Scoliosis, and some learning disabilities. She requires ventilation support via a tracheostomy as well as PEG feeding. We're seeking compassionate, caring and experienced team members to support this client with the highest standard of care. She enjoys a variety of activities and applicants should be prepared to take part in reading, puzzles, baking, arts and crafts, painting & creative activities.

• Effectively communicate with our client and invest time in understanding her needs and requirements
• Think outside the box to introduce new and engaging activities to enrich the client's day‑to‑day life
• Provide personal and medical care with a professional and compassionate approach

• Experience with tracheostomy care and PEG feeding (preferred but not essential—training can be provided for the right candidate)
• A creative and adaptable mindset
• A caring nature and a commitment to enhancing our client's quality of life
