Level Teaching Assistant - Term Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a good school and a very strong team from February 2026. The role will involve responsibility for children's learning as directed by the Senior Leadership Team/ Class Teacher. You must be able to support children across the school from Early Years to Year 6.

Staplehurst School is a large village primary school with lovely children and excellent facilities. We are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. So

The positions will be part time, 31.25 hours a week. HLTAs will be paid on Kent Scheme C or D depending on whether HLTA qualified.
