We are seeking to appoint a talented Teacher of Computing to teach across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5. If you are passionate about inspiring the next generation of digital creators and problem solvers in a well-resourced department, we would love to hear from you. Ability to teach Key Stage 5 would be desirable.
In partnership with the Curriculum Lead for Computer Science, you will:- Deliver a dynamic and inspiring Computer Science provision
- Support students to high levels of success
- Consider the school’s ‘Pure potential’ belief and how this can be interpreted within Computing, through high expectations and aspirations for the students
- Develop pedagogical approaches to Computing
- Dedicated lab with 31 PCs—your own room every lesson;

Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Applications - Coherent KS3 curriculum built around NCCE units with Turing Lab programming resources—ready to teach and room to innovate
- Opportunity to shape Key Stage 5, as we currently teach Computing:
Application Development and are expanding with IT:
Data Analytics - Creative environment where Computing thrives through design, media and problem solving
- Big on enrichment—run (or reinvent) a club, competition or trip (e.g., FIRST LEGO League, Cyber First Girls Competition—or pitch your own idea)
- Supportive culture and high expectations for girls’ participation and progression in tech
