Teacher Active are proud to be one of the UK s leading education recruitment agencies, working closely with Secondary Schools across the Tonbridge area. We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors to join us from September to provide day-to-day and long-term cover.

The role of a Cover Supervisor includes:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Managing classroom behaviour to ensure lessons run smoothly

• Motivating and engaging students during lessons

• Adapting to different year groups and subject areas

• Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• A CACHE Level 2/3 qualification OR at least 6 months of classroom-based experience

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Confidence to lead classes of students aged

• Flexibility to work across different departments within the school
