What you will enjoy doing
* * In this internship, you will initiate and optimize the collection of data for specific metrics within our Remote Operating Center (ROC) Maturity Model

* There will be intensive training to start the internship (1 week) followed by the execution of different data collection and optimization initiatives

* Your work will be reviewed on a daily/weekly basis and you will have the opportunity for learning and asking questions

* At the conclusion of the summer internship program, you will prepare a brief presentation documenting the type of work you completed, the challenges you encountered, and the learnings/skills you took away from your summer internship

* This internship is 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri, and must be done in-person and on-site at our Tonawanda, NY office location

What makes you great

* You must be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in one of the following majors:

Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

* Minimum GPA of 3.0 required

* You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proven track record of personal accountability and success throughout your academic and professional career
