Appliance Repair Technician

We’re currently seeking a Appliance Repair Technician for our multi-family portfolio of properties, with at least 3 to 5 years of industry experience.

This position will be full-time and be based out of our Gabrielle Run Property, Toms River, NJ

This position will be responsible for our southern, NJ properties

Responsibilities

You will perform repairs, maintenance and installations on the following equipment:

• Washers
• Dryers
• Dishwashers
• Refrigerators
• Microwaves
• Electric Ranges – Gas Ranges
• Air Conditioners

Qualifications

• Trade school degree and refrigeration certification
• Minimum of 3 years experience
