What You’ll Do- Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service.
- Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to associates, driving productivity and performance.
- Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Age 18+ with reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
Associates in this position can opt into a 4‑day work week for greater work‑life balance.
The hourly range is $20.00–$27.00, commensurate with experience and location, plus a $2.00 shift differential for 12am–6am hours.
