The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour.

ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND:
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM) and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those that are looking for a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but you have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members (via our myTime mobile scheduling app). If you choose to pick up a shift, reliable and prompt attendance is necessary. You must engage by picking up and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours).

If you do not respond to our attempts to contact you or do not work at least one shift within 5 months, employment may be terminated.

Your communication and ability to work when our business demands it are critical to your success in this role. If offered a position as an On-Demand TM, you will be required to attend Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term training schedule. After that, use the myTime app to pick shifts.

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Engage guests who need assistance and help solve their needs.
• Know store tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with food safety standards and best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment; direct guests to fulfill and use fulfillment services.
• Educate guests on Target App features and Wallet.
• Handle returns following policies, escalating to leadership as needed.
• De-escalate situations with leaders’ support to recover guest experience.
• Provide easy, accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace; stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; follow safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as OPU, Drive-Up orders/returns; comply with relevant laws (e.g., adult beverage regulations).
• Assist with Cash Office tasks as needed.
• All other duties based on business needs.
