RN - MedSurg​/Tele

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30). Every other weekend. May float to 8+ units.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Nurse to provide patient care in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, with the ability to adapt to multiple units within the hospital as needed.

• Float between multiple units, including MS/Tele, Post Coronary Care, Post Intensive Care, Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedics, Geriatric, Wound Care, and Transitional Care.
• Monitor and manage patient care, including but not limited to: cardiac telemetry, pre/post cardiac procedures, administration of medications, and IV management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Active NJ or Compact nursing license required at the time of submission.
• Experience with Epic charting system is essential.
