Infection Preventionist (LPN)

Complete Care at Holiday City invites skilled LPNs to join our team as an Infection Preventionist. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care to our residents and ensuring a safe, healthy environment.

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Wound care/infection prevention experience preferred
• Infection Prevention Training offered
• Previous long‑term care experience preferred but not required
• Provide patient care based on scientific principles, nursing theory, and evidence‑based practice
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames
• Educate and counsel patients and their families on wound care processes and issues
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
