We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Ocean County, NJ. The NP will work under physician supervision, assess, diagnose, and manage chronic diseases.

• Provide high-quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Ocean City, NJ.
• Perform physical examinations, gather medical histories, and develop patient care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
• Manage a panel of patients, fostering trust and consulting with families during visits.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Order diagnostic testing when medically necessary.
• Prescribe medications and appropriate interventions.

• Board certified with a valid NP or PA certification in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical skills for accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem solve independently.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.
