Are you a highly skilled Integrator with a proven track record in operational excellence? A fast-growing company in the home improvement industry is seeking a confidential hire for an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Integrator role to help scale its business, specializing in 1 & 2-day bathroom renovations.
Position Overview:The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for turning vision into execution. You will manage the day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure team alignment in a rapidly expanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:Implement and execute the EOS framework to align teams, streamline operations, and meet company goals.
Lead department heads to ensure all operations, from sales to installation, run efficiently and on schedule.
Optimize business processes to handle increasing demand while maintaining the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality bathroom renovations in just 1-2 days.
Track key performance indicators and ensure accountability across all levels of the organization.
Identify issues and roadblocks, ensuring swift resolution to maintain smooth, efficient workflows.
Work closely with the Visionary (CEO) to translate long-term company vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
Experience:
3+ years as an EOS Integrator, with a demonstrated ability to scale businesses.
Skills:
Experience leading teams in high-growth environments, especially in home services, renovation, or construction industries.
Expertise in improving efficiency and driving performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Adept at tracking and using data to drive decision-making and accountability.
Work directly with the Visionary (Founder/CEO) and key leadership team.
Play a crucial role in scaling a thriving company poised for national expansion.
