Hospice RN

The VNA Health Group is seeking a Full Time Hospice RN in Ocean County.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two week clinical orientation
• Assess, evaluate, and develop care plans for patients
• Provide education and care strategies for patients and families
• Collaborate with VNA clinicians and external providers
• Document changes and update care plans

Qualifications

• Active RN License (BSN preferred)
• 1+ year of supervised RN experience (home health or med surg preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Car and valid driver’s license
