RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Care Technician for Community Medical Center.
Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Pay Range: $20.57 - $25.81 per hour
Pay Transparency:
The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered will depend on factors including education, skills and experience.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- BLS required (American Heart Association).
Preferred:
- Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Night Shift, 24 hours per week, 6 p.m.–6:30 a.m.
- The Clinical Care Technician (CCT) is a direct patient caregiver who assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care, including phlebotomy and EKGs.
- Provide patient care based on physical, educational, safety, and related criteria appropriate to the age of patients in the assigned service.
- Contribute to safe patient outcomes through appropriate practice, judgment, and actions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding the status of patient care.
- Collaborate on the patient s plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning.
