Caregiver - CNA/CHHA - Per Diem (Healthcare)

What will you get to do as a Care Manager?- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their individual Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
- Positive, friendly attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a CNA or CHHA.
- Flexible schedule.
- On the job training.
- Free parking.
