Job Summary

Senior Helpers, a leading nationwide provider of in‑home senior care services, is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to join our team at Senior Helpers in Brick/Manchester/Toms River/Whiting, New Jersey. This part‑time, hourly position requires a compassionate, reliable professional who can provide quality care to our senior clients in their homes.

$17.00/daily - $20.00/daily

• Provide care and assistance to senior clients in accordance with their individual care plans
• Assist with medication reminders, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living.
• Monitor and report any changes in client’s physical, emotional, or mental condition to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to promote physical and mental stimulation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as the Senior Helpers team.

• Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide Certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a home care or long‑term care setting.
• Knowledge of basic personal care and hygiene skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and physically assist clients with mobility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
